The month of May has quite a few events for you to take advantage of. All month long we’re celebrating the Festival of Blossoms, a county wide celebration of spring. The event includes food, music, tours and arts and crafts. It’s a great way to spend time with the whole family and soak up some sun. If you like locally produced Door County wines and you have a sweet tooth, on May 10th at Bistro 42 there will be a Wine & Chocolate Pairing class. Seating is limited so make sure you give them a call ahead of time 1-800-551-5049! The weekend of May 16-17 is another opportunity for you to enjoy the local wines of Door County. The Door County Wine Trail will take you to all seven local wineries, tours, food, music and tastings will be provided. It’s a two hour long tour through all the spookier places in town. On the tour you’ll see sunken ships, haunted light houses and hear about other local legends and mysteries.
